Delivery

We deliver all over Australia. Mostly by Courier Please and Fastway for Sydney Metro. We can use Auspost or Express by request.

Approximate costs only. You will be quoted exact costs after an online order is processed (through email update and online), *before* any commitment or payment is required.

Sydney Metro:

GoLogistic,Courier Please or Fastway (Sydney):  From $11($12) for 1 box up to 25kg (vol/dead weight) (+$10 to $12 for each additional box or overweight box)
----note: (for multiple boxes/larger boxes sometimes better pricing can be had with other couriers; Courier Please, Allied etc; which we will quote)

Some distant Sydney suburbs served only next day delivery. Otherwise it is *usually* (not guaranteed, see below for guaranteed) same day delivery (business hours only) if sent before a certain time early in the morning. *Usually* next morning delivery if sent in the afternoon (before a certain time).

Someone needs to be at the delivery address during business hours to receive & sign for the parcel. Otherwise special instructions may be included in the comments of your order

Same Day(SAME DAY): upon special request (can note in comments of order)
Guaranteed same day (although not always guaranteed within business hours, it usually is, especially if organised in the early morning).  Pricing becomes more expensive as distance increases from our store; though very competitive.

Otherwise, if you are wanting to go ahead with an order (provided freight costs are competitive; which they are!) *No* payment or commitment is required before we quote you the final delivery costs after ordering online. At this time we can only quote the final price during regular business hours.
